MEP Superintendent

About the Role

We are seeking an MEP-focused Superintendent to join Dimeo Construction Company, overseeing construction projects with a strong emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination. You will lead site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while driving integrated planning, field coordination, and building systems execution from preconstruction through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.
• Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.
• Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality while resolving major project issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management with strong MEP systems knowledge.
• Applicable construction supervisor licensing preferred based on project location.
