MEP Manager-Institutional/Commercial

About the role

The Leading company is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) function for large-scale Institutional and Commercial projects across Delhi NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end MEP planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and quality management while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and extensive experience working with reputed PMC organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of MEP works in line with project schedules and milestones.
• Cookordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve site-related technical issues and coordination challenges.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are maintained across all MEP installations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
• Support project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing MEP works for Institutional and Commercial construction projects.
• Experience working with reputed Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end MEP project execution and coordination.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical)
• OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Electrical)

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methodologies, and construction practices.
