About the role

The MEP Construction Superintendent will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule. Key responsibilities include leading subcontractors, coordinating commissioning efforts, enforcing safety policies, and driving quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day oversight of MEP construction activities
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintaining construction schedules and identifying impacts
  • Ensuring material delivery logistics and site security
  • Managing subcontractor performance and punch list items
  • Supporting commissioning efforts and facility operations
  • Documenting field changes and progress

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field experience in commercial construction with supervisory responsibility
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing MEP scopes in complex construction environments
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling and project delivery
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Customer-focused mindset and professionalism
  • Willingness to adopt new technologies

Pay

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $128,283 - $192,425.
