Mentors Needed for College Students

Description

We are seeking mentors to be paired with current college students. Wesley House Student Residence is a non-profit organization that provides housing and support services to low-income, system-impacted college students.

• Pursuing majors including Business, Nursing, Education, Computer Science, Psychology, Women’s Studies, Counseling in Social Change, Geology, Social Work, Accounting, Bioengineering, Pre-Med, Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Elementary Education, Biochemistry, Astronomy, and Electrical Engineering, among others.

Requirements

An ideal mentor will hold at least a bachelor’s degree and be available to meet virtually for two hours per month throughout the academic year (ten months).

Qualifications

Although this is a virtual commitment, the ideal mentor will reside in San Diego County or a neighboring community.
