What You’ll Do
- Recruiting, screening, and training community volunteers to become mentors
- Partnering with referral sources to identify youth who will benefit from the program
- Serving as an advocate for families through casework and engaging activities
- Maintaining accurate records, including program data and client information
- Providing ongoing guidance, training, and support to mentors
- Representing the program at community events (local travel required)
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or GED (an Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field is preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance
- Access to a reliable vehicle
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $21.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 21 hours per week
- Flexibility: Some evenings and weekends required for events
