Mental & Physical Health Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate and oversee all health-related (Physical and Behavioral) programming in Summit School District. Facilitate effective partnerships with community agencies to promote positive mental and physical health in schools and the broader community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with community organizations
• Support safety and security initiatives
• Implement health and social-emotional curriculum
• Monitor health-related grants
• Actively participate as a member of the crisis prevention team
• Enhance student learning through health and behavioral programs
