About the role
As a Mental Health Worker, you will participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors, provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan under the direction of a professional nurse, and assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating weekends (every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
All new clinical staff will begin extended clinical orientation/training immediately following the first day of employment.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.36 minimum to $28.70 maximum, determined by factors including years and level of related experience.
