About the role
The Mental Health Urgent Care Center Director oversees a 24/7 drop-in center for ages 12 and up and a child and youth residential program. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of peer support, crisis intervention and support, care coordination, and child/youth residential services.
Requirements
- A clinical master’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role OR Certification in Peer Support in VT, 5 years of peer support experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care

Pay
$110,000 – $120,000 annually
