Overview Job Description Company: Lyra Clinical Associates, a partner of Lyra Health, provides evidence-based mental health care globally.Program: Lyra Care Therapy, an innovative video therapy program combining live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools.Objective: Transform access to mental health care through Lyra Empower, an AI-powered platform. Key Responsibilities Provide Therapy: Deliver short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, managing a diverse caseload.Assign Digital Tools: Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning and monitor outcomes.Culturally Responsive Care: Deliver care that accounts for clients' cultural backgrounds.Peer Collaboration: Participate in clinical consultation meetings, quality assurance reviews, and training.Complex Case Support: Access expert consultation and support for complex client cases.
