Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC - Colorado)

Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, managing a diverse caseload.
• Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning and monitor outcomes.
• Deliver culturally responsive care.
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings, quality assurance reviews, and training.
• Access expert consultation and support for complex client cases.

Requirements

• Licensing: Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
• Education: Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Experience: Providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and managing clinical crises.
• Telehealth: Experience with telehealth therapy services preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
• Caseload Management: Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.
• Work Hours: Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Residency: Full-time resident of the United States.

• Salary: $92,000 annual base salary, determined by role, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
