About The Role
Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy, blending live video sessions with between‑session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill‑building tools. As a Lyra Care Therapist you will provide short‑term, evidence‑based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse clinical needs. You will assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions. The role emphasizes culturally responsive care, recognizing the impact of cultural backgrounds on each client’s experience. Regularly you will participate in one‑on‑one and peer‑group clinical consultation meetings, conduct peer‑based quality‑assurance reviews, attend robust training to enhance clinical skills, and have access to expert consultation for complex clients. This role suits licensed clinicians with strong interpersonal skills who seek continuous learning, thrive in feedback‑rich environments, and have experience with a full spectrum of mental health needs—from milder presentations to more complex and severe cases. Comfort with evolving processes and excitement about a rapidly growing business are also valued.
