Mental Health Therapist (rostered/non-licensed or licensed)
About Us
We are a Queer-owned, multi-modality somatics practice located in Burlington, Vermont (Abenaki Territories) with clinicians across the U.S. As a trauma-transformational, neuro-inclusive, HAES practice, we serve folks who have been harmed by the system and support them to find ease and home in their own bodies. We are building a collaborative team that forefronts equitable relationships, innovation, and a workplace that provides for a balanced, joyful life for all team members.
About You
You’re a therapist (rostered or licensed) who wants to do good work, be a whole person while doing it, and be paid a sustainable living wage. You may be tired of working in a system that underpays and overworks therapists. You’ve considered or are in private practice but prefer not to handle marketing, expenses, self-employment taxes, or isolation. You want a practice that pays a living wage, offers benefits, and allows you to support yourself, your (chosen) family, and community. You seek a team you look forward to seeing, who shares your approach to therapy as a tool for liberation.
You are:
- Integrating the body into your work (or want financial support to deepen that training)
- Queer and Trans-celebrating
- Neurodiversity-aligned
- An unabashed intersectional feminist
- Grounded with good boundaries
