Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to diverse patient populations
• Provide both in-person and telemedicine services
• Ensure clinical excellence

Administrative support and access to modern digital technology enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
• Residence within commuting distance of the clinic
