About the role

Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and develop safety and wellness plans for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Participating in case consultations
• Ensuring timely documentation and billing
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active professional license or eligibility in Washington State
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills, time management, and ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative care
