Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is a trusted provider of evidence-based mental health services in the Twin Cities and greater metro area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and mental health interventions.
• Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and integrated health models.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Compassion, empathy, and dedication to improving clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

Pay

Starting Salary Range: Compensation depends on licensure, experience, schedule, and caseload.
Master’s-level licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMFT): Starting salary range $75,000 – $90,000 annually
Doctoral-level licensed clinicians (LP, PsyD, PhD): Starting salary range $90,000 – $105,000 annually
