About the role
As a Mental Health Therapist at ACP, you’ll deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including:
- Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Depression and anxiety
- Substance use disorders
- Cognitive decline and dementia
- Complex medical and psychosocial issues
Responsibilities
Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy and mental health interventions.
Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay
Starting salary range $75,000 – $90,000 annually for master’s-level clinicians; $90,000 – $105,000 for doctoral-level clinicians (DOE).
