About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health services.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current or eligible professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality adherence.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
