About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication, ethical practice, confidentiality, and time management skills.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $58 to $73 per billable unit, adjusted based on licensure and experience.
