About the role

We are seeking interns to join our team at Mindfully Behavioral Health. Our mission is to promote and provide comprehensive, convenient access to quality mental health care that is affordable, progressive, and personalized.

Responsibilities

  • Learn clinical techniques for individual, group, family, and/or couple’s counseling from experienced clinicians.
  • Work closely with supervisors to develop skills in assessments, diagnosis, clinical interventions, and preparation for licensure exams.
  • Mentorship and support through regular individual and peer-to-peer case consultation meetings.
  • Access to a caseload that matches your passions and expertise through client-matching scheduling technology.
  • Training opportunities in various modalities such as DBT, child/adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman, and more through our Mindfully Academy.
  • Back-office support, small pods to build community, and a large network of clinicians for additional learning and support.
  • Opportunities to observe and participate in specific modality training, such as DBT, eating disorders, trauma, adolescents, couples, and more.

Requirements

  • Be in a Master’s program for Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Hold a Trainee license for the state of Ohio: SWT or CT.
  • Comfortable working in-office with options for virtual sessions.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
