About the role

We are seeking interns to join our team starting in August 2026. We have a few spots available for June/July.

Responsibilities

  • Learn clinical techniques for individual, group, family, and/or couple’s counseling from experienced clinicians.
  • Work closely with supervisors to develop areas of interest and prepare for licensure exams.
  • Mentorship and support through regular individual and peer-to-peer case consultation meetings.
  • Access to full training center with ample opportunities for growth and learning, including paid CEUs.
  • Flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
  • Client-matching scheduling technology to tailor caseloads to personal passions and expertise.
  • Back-office support and community building through small pods and a large network of clinicians.
  • Opportunities to learn specific modalities like DBT, eating disorders, trauma, adolescents, couples, and more.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program for Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Hold a Trainee license for the state of Ohio: SWT or CT.
  • Comfortable working in-office with the option for virtual sessions.

Qualifications
