About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient therapy for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting strength-based assessments and developing safety, crisis, relapse, and wellness plans.
- Providing individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure or eligibility in Washington State.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to manage time effectively and build rapport with clients and families.
