Mental Health Therapist - Hiring Incentive Eligible

About the role

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and contribute to improving access to behavioral health care in diverse communities. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop safety, crisis, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to deliver holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• Develop safety, crisis, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
• Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active professional license or eligibility in Washington State
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills
• Passion for mental health and ongoing professional development
