About the role

Join a multidisciplinary mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, providing outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and create a welcoming environment.

• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health, ongoing professional development, and ethical practice.
• Strong communication skills, rapport-building ability, and effective time management.
