About the role

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
  • Providing tailored therapeutic interventions to promote healing and resilience.
  • Developing safety, crisis, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
  • Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Current, active license or eligibility for licensure in Washington State.
  • Passion for mental health, ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional growth.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills.
