About the Role

Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans to support clients' mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Deliver tailored outpatient therapy, fostering resilience and healing.
• Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative abilities.
