Mental Health Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Participate in case consultations and discharge planning. Ensure timely documentation and billing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active or eligible professional license in Washington State
• Passionate about mental health, committed to ongoing professional development
• Skilled in communication and rapport-building
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently
