About the role

Responsibilities
- Conducting strength-based assessments and creating a welcoming environment
- Delivering individual and family therapy tailored to client needs
- Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
- Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active licensure or eligibility in Washington State
- Passion for mental health and professional development
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills
