Mental Health Therapist (Full Time)

About the role

ChildServe is seeking a Full Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to children and families in need.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar license
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with children and families

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
