Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication skills, rapport-building, and effective time management.
