About the role

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field with an active license or eligibility in Washington State.
• Demonstrate a passion for mental health, commitment to ongoing professional development, strong communication skills, ethical practice, and the ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills are essential.
