Total Compensation

• New Therapist: Starting wage - $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Fully Licensed Therapist: Starting wage $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• 5 years of applicable experience: $75,000

Qualifications

• You are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.

• You are intellectually curious and compassionate – and your colleagues know it.
• You are a resourceful problem solver who can take charge when appropriate and ask for guidance when needed.
• You are currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
• You have strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• You understand trauma-informed care principles.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications.
• Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.
