Responsibilities

• Facilitate practice experiences in individual, conjoint, and family sessions related to the Area of Family Functioning concern
• Assess barriers to engagement and facilitate motivation
• Guide the family in practicing the changes needed most
• Identify family trauma and symptomology

This position reports to the IFP Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain or currently possess a Nebraska LCSW, PLMHP/PLIMHP, or holds a LMHP/LIMHP license

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Hold or be eligible to hold a Mental Health Practitioner's License from the state of Nebraska (provisional)

• 1 to 2 years of experience in direct therapy practices (preferred)
