About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy in a collaborative environment. As a key team member, you will:
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse clients and families.
- Offer individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stability.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Manage documentation, billing, and insurance authorization efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active or eligible license in Washington State.
- Passion for mental health and ongoing professional growth.
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills.
