About the role

Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy in a collaborative environment. As a key team member, you will:

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse clients and families.
• Offer individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stability.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Manage documentation, billing, and insurance authorization efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active or eligible license in Washington State.
• Passion for mental health and ongoing professional growth.
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills.
