Role & Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and discharge recommendations for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions in an office/play room setting
- Demonstrate timely and effective documentation, reporting, and communication
- Conduct regular care collaboration sessions with parents/caregivers
- Work collaboratively with other providers through case consultations, internal referrals, and co-treatment, in a transdisciplinary model of care
Requirements
- Full license and good standing with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- PREFERRED: Specialized experience or certifications in Child-Centered Play Therapy or other specialized modalities
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is valued
Location & Service Delivery
You will be delivering services in-person. Our offices are located in Lockhart, TX near downtown. All clinical services and interventions are expected to be evidence-based and guided by a theoretical model.
Compensation
We offer highly competitive, scaled hourly rates based on experience and expertise. Clinicians at HartWell Center are 1099 contractors and are paid per client hour. Benefits are not provided at this time.
