Licensed Mental Health Therapist -Child and Adolescent

Ellie Mental Health North Wales is seeking child and adolescent therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) who are looking for a different employment experience—one that ignites creativity while minimizing the barriers of traditional therapy practices. We prioritize our therapists as much as our clients, offering a supportive environment where diverse professionals can collaborate. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy.
  • For full-time status, maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services tailored to community needs.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
  • Experience with clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
  • 2-3 years of experience providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing individual and family therapy using modalities such as TF-CBT, ERP, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings.
  • Experience with creative arts, art therapy, or music therapy.
  • Experience working with children, trauma, and families.
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.

Pay

$72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year.
