Licensed Mental Health Therapist -Child and Adolescent
Ellie Mental Health North Wales is seeking child and adolescent therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) who are looking for a different employment experience—one that ignites creativity while minimizing the barriers of traditional therapy practices. Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy.
- For full-time status, maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services tailored to community needs.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Contribute to a thriving team culture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
- Experience with clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
- 2-3 years of experience providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing individual and family therapy using modalities such as TF-CBT, ERP, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings.
- Experience with creative arts, art therapy, or music therapy.
- Experience working with children, trauma, and families.
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
- Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.

Pay
$72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year.
