Job Summary
Vista Counseling is seeking a passionate and experienced therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive and optimistic outlook to their work, with a strong emphasis on promoting positive change, resilience, and hope for the families we serve.

We are a locally-owned counseling private practice established in 2002. We have a proven track record of helping our clients, while also greatly improving the quality of life of our therapists. We offer a collaborative and professional environment for highly skilled therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to clients in a compassionate and effective manner
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Must be a professionally licensed therapist in Oregon (or license eligible)
- At least 2 years of clinical practice experience

Pay and Schedule
Compensation ranges from $70,886.40 - $103,376.00 for pre-licensed therapists, $74,880.00 - $109,200.00 for licensed masters, and $91,728.00 - $133,770.00 for licensed doctoral level therapists. Pay range varies depending on sessions per week (18-30 sessions, based on therapist preference) and years of licensed experience.

Qualifications
Must have a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and be licensed as a therapist in Oregon (or license eligible).
