Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to diverse patients in both in-office and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in in-office and telehealth settings.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to ethical and quality standards in all clinical practices.
• Support patients’ emotional and behavioral wellness.
• Contribute to a patient-centered, supportive clinical environment.

Requirements

• Licensed in a relevant mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
