About the role

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and developing safety and relapse prevention plans to support client resilience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments for diverse clients and creating welcoming environments.
• Providing tailored outpatient therapy based on client needs.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members like psychiatrists and nurses.
• Participating in case consultations, discharge planning, and team meetings.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current or eligible for active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $45 to $53 per billable unit, with potential variations based on licensure and experience.
