About the role

Join us as a Mental Health Therapist, responsible for providing culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• A provisional license if required by state.
