About the role

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Therapist, providing outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments, and developing crisis and wellness plans to support client stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for diverse clients
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Provisional license if required by state
• Passion for mental health and professional development
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and rapport-building skills
• Ability to manage time and administrative tasks efficiently
