Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Residing Hope Outpatient Services is a trauma-based community mental health center located in DeBary, Florida, with additional locations throughout the state. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals who reside in Florida to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to serve the needs of the Florida Child Welfare system, primarily working with children and families.

Schedule

This is a contract position with flexible hours, designed to accommodate the unique needs of both the contractor and the agency. Contractors set their own schedules to balance personal and professional commitments.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Be licensed or licensed eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Be willing to work in the home, school, or office
• Possess reliable transportation
• Be able to work independently
• Meet Florida Medicaid and Agency guidelines

Additional requirements include:

• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Adoption Competency Certification
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Pay

The contract rate for this position ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.
