Mental Health Therapist

Title: Licensed Clinical Supervisor Location: Lynn, MA Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient & In-Home Behavioral Health Services Job Summary We are seeking an independently licensed behavioral health professional to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and direct clinical care. This role oversees outpatient, in-home therapy, and SUD clinicians while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. Roles & Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to licensed, pre-licensed clinicians, and interns.Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation.Monitor clinical quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance.Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, professional development, and performance management.Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and serve as an escalation point for clinical and client concerns.Maintain a reduced caseload providing individual, family, and/or group therapy.Provide assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, safety planning, and referrals.Collaborate with families, guardians, schools, and community providers.Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.Support licensing, payer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Participate in quality-improvement activities and site operations. Education, Licensure, And Experience Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.Active, independent Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license.Minimum of 3 years of clinical mental health and/or substance-use experience.Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or program-coordination experience.CANS certification.Knowledge of CBHI and outpatient and/or home-based behavioral health services.Strong organizational, communication, and clinical leadership skills.EHR and standard office software proficiency.Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
