About the role
Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to improving access to behavioral health services in diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Conducting culturally sensitive assessments for clients and families.
- Providing individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families.
- Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
- Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Provisional license as per state regulation (if applicable).
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.

Pay
The compensation range is $33–$38 per billable unit, based on licensure and experience.
