Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
- Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as psychiatrists and nurse practitioners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Provisional license if required
