About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting strength-based assessments for new clients and families
- Delivering individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families
- Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
- Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current or eligible professional license in the relevant state
- Passion for mental health and ongoing professional development
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport
- Effective time management and administrative skills
