Responsibilities

• Provide tailored outpatient therapy to individuals and families
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning
• Complete accurate documentation and billing efficiently
• Ensure ethical practice and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Provisional license if required by state regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
