• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Provisional or full licensure as required by state regulations.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality, ethical care.
• Strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and effective time management.
