Responsibilities

• Choose your own hours and availability.
• Take care of all administrative tasks including credentialing with Health Insurance Companies and billing.
• Work with new clients and book appointments as needed.
• Create a comfortable and modern office environment for clients.
• Support colleagues through challenges and provide supervision if needed.
• Offer competitive pay and benefits package.
• Help with credentialing for various insurance panels.
• Provide free supervision options for licensure.
• Offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, in-person, telehealth, or hybrid.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in a mental health field.
• A current license to practice in Colorado.
• The ability to consistently complete clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is a licensed mental health therapist or candidate specializing in working with children, adults, or couples. They should be able to provide comprehensive therapy services and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Skills

Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges are essential. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also important.
