About the Role

Join a supportive behavioral health team as a licensed mental health therapist, dedicated to improving community access to care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
  • Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
  • Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stability.
  • Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client outcomes.
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
