About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Counselor to join our team in Lexington, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week, located at 80 Codell Dr. Suite 260, Lexington, Kentucky (Hybrid) 40509, and in Somerset, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week, located at 600 Monticello St., Somerset, KY (Hybrid) 42503.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in accordance with clinical best practices.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all clinical interactions.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed to practice as a Clinical Counselor in Kentucky.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to underserved communities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new therapeutic techniques and technologies.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
Skills
- Therapeutic skills in various modalities such as EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, or Gottman.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. New hires are eligible for a $2000 sign-on bonus or paid training of equal value.
