Mental Health Therapist

Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop safety, crisis, relapse, and wellness plans. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments and creating a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.Providing tailored therapeutic interventions to promote healing and resilience.Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and promptly.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.Provisional license if required by state regulations.Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality adherence.Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
